In addition to our regular classes, we also offer regular workshops and courses. These longer sessions are intended for particular emphasis on one aspect of training or with a specific goal in mind. Whether it's a beginners introductory course, a grading preperation, an intensive fitness session or an advanced students technique class, there's something here for everyone.
- Single session workshops are longer than our standard weekly lessons and are designed to cover a single facet of one of our styles in greater depth. These intensive sessions are a great place to hone and develop individual skills.
- Courses take place over multiple days, either as intensive weekend or week long sessions, or as sessions spread out over the course of several weeks. The sessions are a great way for students to focus on a particular key idea with their instructor, with ample time to socialize between sessions, while courses spread out over multiple weeks are an ideal way to reinforce key areas.
